ORDER AMENDMENTS AND CANCELATIONS 

  • You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of the order placement
  • To amend or cancel your order, please email customerservice@no-bl.com with your order number and a statement as to whether you would like to cancel or amend your order. 
  • Once finalized, amended orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
  • Cancellations are processed within 2 business days. Cancellation refunds are issued to the original form of payment.  

 

 

SHIPPING

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days upon payment approval, excluding holidays.
  • Orders are shipped according to the details provided by the customer at checkout.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order tracking information.  

 

 

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
    • We accept returns or exchanges on any undamaged, unused items within 20 days of the delivery date.
    • Returns and exchanges must be received with a completed Returns and Exchanges Form.
    • Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise.
    • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with information concerning your exchange or refund status. 
    • Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • Reimbursements may be issued as store credit or direct refund to the original form of payment.
    • Exchanges will only be processed for items up to the total credit amount of the returned item(s). Exchanges will not be issued for exchange orders that exceed the total credit amount of the returned item(s). You will instead be issued store credit should the exchange order exceed the total credit amount of the returned item(s).
    • Differences in exchange credit amounts may be issued as store credit or direct refund to the original form of payment. 
    • We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen merchandise incurrent upon return shipping.
    • We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our return policies.

     

     Returns and Exchanges Procedure
    1. Complete the Returns and Exchanges Form.
    • If you would like to exchange your order for another item, please complete both the Return Item(s) and Exchange Item(s) portion of the form.
  1. Securely seal and package the merchandise with the completed Returns and Exchanges Form.

    SALE POLICY

    • All sale merchandise are final sale. 
    • Sale discounts cannot be applied to orders made prior to the sale.
    • Sale discounts cannot be combined with other discounts or offer codes.
